What guarantee is there that I will be happy with my purchase?
All items purchased from us are unconditionally guaranteed and backed by a full refund of the purchase price, minus the low shipping charges. After receiving your purchase, if for any reason whatsoever, you are not fully satisfied withit or with our service, just contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This entitles you to return to us for a full refund. The transaction is not finished until you are fully satisfied.

How do your ship my items?
We ship all orders within 48hrs during weekdays. All orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped next available working day. All shipments are sent GROUND by UPS or Fedex. All shipments going to Canada are shipped via postal service. Transit time normally takes 2 to 5 working days to reach you.
Do you drop ship?
Yes we offer full drop shipping service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship almost anywhere in the world. You as a customer are responsible for any import duties and taxes on cigars and accessories when your shipment is outside of USA. Please contact us before placing an order to be shipped outside USA or Canada.

$10.00 - $49.99 Shipping is $7.00
$50.00 - $99.99 Shipping is $8.00
$100.00 - $199.99 Shipping is $9.00
$200+ Shipping is $10.00

How can I track my order?
Once you place an order we will email you an order confirmation. Once the order is shipped you will recieve an email with a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way until it gets to your door step.
